Shelley is a Texas State Licensed  Massage Therapist with over 17 years of experience. Shelley has specialized training and/or certification in Medical Orthopedic Massage, Myo-Fascial Release and Sports Massage.

Her career has been focused on helping clients resolve their pain issues caused by the daily stresses of life. She recognizes the importance of listening to the client and providing an individualized massage in a calm environment. During your session, she will integrate different modalities and techniques to help alleviate pain and improve mobility.

Shelley is a New Orleans native and moved to Frisco in 2020. Married with two boys and three dogs - she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring her new city!
